Most of us live busy life styles and some of the only free time we get for cooking is when we get home from a long day of work or school. That’s why I created this live 30 minute dinner series, to give you healthy and quick meals every single week to keep you inspired and eating like a pro home cook.
If you want to cook a long with me live in the kitchen and have the chance to ask questions as we cook, make sure you come prepared with the following ingredients and equipment below! On Episode One we will be cooking Chicken Teriyaki with Fluffy White Rice and Pan Seared Cabbage. A perfect meal that will come together in under 30 minutes and feed 1-4 people! Long grain jasmine rice (any white rice will do)
1 pound chicken thighs or breast (thighs recommended)
1 savoy cabbage (any cabbage will work)
2 stalks of scallion
1 knob of ginger
2 red chili peppers (any spicy pepper)
Mirin (or white wine)
Mason jar (or small mixing bowl)
1 pot (for rice)
1 pan (for chicken/cabbage)
