According to Business Insider, the pair got into a "profanity-laced" screaming match outside the Oval Office.
The argument revolved around the drastic influx of migrants crossing the southern border.
Kelly allegedly got even angrier when President Donald Trump took Bolton's side.
However, White House officials now say things have calmed down since the blowout fight.
